Billing questions
Who pays for the AI model usage?
You do, through your own AI provider key, so usage is billed by that provider to your account. If you run a local model, there is no provider bill. TriageKit plans cover the app and the team features.
Is TriageKit free during early access?
Early access is invite-based, and we’ll tell you the terms when we invite you. We’ll email you before any billing starts.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the current billing period.
How does Team billing work?
Team is billed per developer seat per month. Add or remove seats as your team changes.
Do you offer Enterprise plans?
